The Zillow Premier Agent app connects real estate agents with active buyers and sellers to help them grow their business and provides them with tools and resources to help convert buyers and sellers into lasting clients. The “My Agent” feature was built for two purposes: 1. to allow an agent to quickly request to partner with a buyer as the ‘exclusive agent, and 2. to connect a buyer with one exclusive agent within the Zillow network. The seamless desktop and mobile interaction was designed for agents to easily ‘claim’ the buyer and identify themselves as the ‘exclusive agent’, all within the Zillow network.
